Most generally, the first is semen analysis (it's the least expensive and intrusive test to start the process). Although Enid does not have a fresh lab evaluation for this, we can provide the order and instructions to obtain this from another diagnostic office.
Next, is checking your ovulation. Some women have a condition, often diagnosed as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), that produces irregular ovulation or none at all. The use of ovulatory stimulants, such as Clomid, may be necessary.
If pregnancy still doesn't occur, sometimes a post-coital test (PCT) can be evaluated to assess presence of sperm.
