Well Women Visit: approximately $185 (may go to deductible) includes Pap smear, in house blood draw for CBC, CMP & Lipids.
Any incidental issues are addressed at visit, WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

Insurance Coverage:

Well Women Visit: $250-300 (often covered in full or a co-pay). May go to deductible. Charges NOT covered at 100%.
2nd Bill: Pap smear interpretation $200-250
3rd Bill: Lab work which you make another stop to get blood drawn (CBC, CMP & Lipids) $300-400
4th Bill: Incidental issue or concern usually requires a separate appointment $150-200

reimbursify

Our practice is now participating in Reimbursify so you may file your visits with your insurance company.

Cindi is an out of network provider (OON). We have no contracts with any insurance companies; our contract is with YOU.

Paying your insurance premiums or benefits are between you and your insurance carrier. This means any reimbursement for service provided by us will be sent to you rather than us. Insurance plans, deductibles, and allowable payments vary greatly.

We have been providing patients with all necessary documents for filing their own insurance, which has worked for the majority of our patients. Now, Reimbursify takes that information and files it for you, with reimbursement received within 2-4 weeks. Often times, insurance denies or needs more information; Reimbursify will also handle refiling if necessary. No added expense for filing one visit per year or $2.99 for more visits.

We are excited to offer an easier, less time-consuming method for you to get reimbursed quickly on your visits.
